The firm, originally known as “OlsonLaw”, was founded in 2015 by Verlyn D. Olson. After an extensive career in various areas of law and politics, he wanted to focus on helping families transition their farms and small businesses to the next generation. In addition to succession planning, our firm practices in the areas of Wills & Estates, Estate Administration, Real Estate, and Corporate/Commercial Law.
In May of 2020 Kirstyn C. Rau joined as a partner and in April of 2021 OlsonLaw became Olson + Rau Law Office.
In March 0f 2024 Joshua Mohr joined as a partner, and the firm became known as Olson Rau + Mohr Law Office.
Olson Rau + Mohr has offices in both Vegreville and Camrose. It also serves the many surrounding rural communities of both centers.
Olson Rau + Mohr believes strongly in taking a collaborative approach to address a client’s legal needs. We often work jointly with other professional advisors to provide combined services for the benefit of our mutual clients.
By having a lawyer, accountant and/or consultant all at the round table, our clients are able to have a conversation with all of their advisors in one sitting.
