TO SUBMIT A TENDER, THE TERMS ARE:

  1. The tender must be:

    • unconditional and in writing;

    • accompanied by a certified cheque payable to OlsonLaw for 10% of the price offered;

    • include the GST number of the Tenderer, failing which the GST must be added to and included in the purchase price of the tender;

    • submitted, along with the deposit cheque, in a sealed envelope, marked “_________________________ Sale Tender” to: OlsonLaw at 4902 – 50th Street, Box 70, Vegreville, Alberta T9C 1R1, 780-632-3673 by 4:00 p.m. local time on ___________________.

  2. The Tender must be for all parcels advertised.

  3. The Lands will be sold “as is” subject to the encumbrances and interests recorded on the existing Certificates of Title with the exception of any financial encumbrances, which shall be discharged. There are no other representations or warranties made by the Seller.

  4. The Seller has the right to accept or reject any and all tenders.  The highest tender will not necessarily be accepted.  A decision will be made regarding acceptance of tenders by no later than 4:00 p.m. ___________________. The tenders will not be opened in public.

  5. If a tender is successful, the deposit which accompanied it shall become non-refundable and be applied to the purchase price.  All unsuccessful tenderers will have their deposits returned to them. 

  6. The Closing Date of the purchase and sale will be ___________________. There shall be no adjustment for 2019 taxes.
